D.C. Flag Aquarelle Note Cards on Deckled Stock
The three stars and two stripes design of the flag of the District of Columbia is based on George Washington's coat of arms. Liz's watercolor version of the flag on subtly textured stock with a single deckled edge makes an elegant statement.
