Washington, D.C.'s distinctive skyline - featuring the buildings of the Smithsonian Institution, the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, U.S. Capitol, Library of Congress, buildings of the Congress, not to mention the Key Bridge - are all included in Liz's original pen and ink drawing. The moon is transformed into a love-ly red balloon and Cupid is filling in for the statue of Freedom atop the Capitol Dome.
